Animal of the day – 7/30/2010 – The Tasmanian Devil

Tasmanian Devil

The animal of the day is the Tasmanian Devil. (Did you know: The tasmanian devil is the largest carnivorous marsupial left on the planet! They also store all their fat in their tails, so you can identify the health status of a devil by looking at how thick or thin the tail is. Thin tails mean sick devil. These poor guys are dying out due to a facial cancer that seems to be attacking the whole population.)

This is not a Tasmanian Devil. It is a cartoon. Oh man, Looney Toons was awesome!
